Initially, just broad information: your history, number of employees, sales volume. If the conversation continues, we will sign an NDA and dive into more intimate details.

If both parties are interesting in continuing the discussion, we will do a site visit and meet face to face to discuss next steps. We'll sign an NDA and ask you to pull together detailed financial data, sales data, etc.

What is your background?
I am a Certified Public Accountant by education but have been immersed in the Commercial Printing business since I took over my father's business in 2005. In addition, my closest and most trusted business advisor is my father - whom is still intimately involved in the business and has over 50 years of experience in the printing industry.
Last, but not least, I am lucky enough to have my wife as my main business partner. She spent the first 10 years of her career working at top 4 accounting firm until she came on board at our family operation.
